The letter sent to His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, requesting to draw his attention and close observation on the book called "Inscription of Ceylon" by Professor Senarath Paranavithana which had intentionally made tremendous harm over the name of Gauthma Buddha.
