The Helaya in Heladiva who stepped on to the highest grounds of science

When the time that Gautama Buddha came to this world, the technology and the space travelling in Lanka were in their peaks. The Sages who lived those days had initiated this. From the very ancient times, from generation to generation, they brought down this great heap of knowledge with them until the time period of Gautama Buddha. This can easily be observed at the Academy of Science in Vessagiriya. Since the views and opinions of Brahmins were highly praised in Lanka, the pre-history and also the true history of Buddha Dhamma were disappeared.

Even in the time of Gautama Buddha it had been practiced sixty two mythical ideologies. In that day too, they had acted as a very powerful group who had worked as the great instructors attached to the king and the central body of the administration of the kingdom. If that was how these sixty two ideologies acted upon that day, today there are about thirty eight of them. Even today, this force is aggressively powerful, acts through the public and private media movements and attacks the Buddhist heritage in Lanka.

The Sakwala Chakra (Star Gate) in Ranmasu Uyana in Anuradhapura
Lanka is filled with uncountable facts which can be used to prove the historical truth of the ancient Buddhist philosophy. The universe, the origin of the universe, the beings and the origin of the beings are scientifically explained in the Buddhist philosophy. The result of the scientific development of the pre-Buddha era in Lanka was nothing but the scientific wisdom of the teachings of the Buddha. There are certain Dharmathas (1) which will be subjected only to the wisdom of the Buddha. As they cannot be perceived by the ordinary people in the world they come under the subject matters such as infinite, illimitable, different in nature and incalculable.
The signs such as  +  and  (2) which are based on Buddha Dhamma are used to explain this analysis. This begins from “the dot” and stretches up to (the Ayanna)and it depicts the origin of the universe.
The signs to be seen in and around Vessagiriya reveal the beauty of the heap of the scientific and technological knowledge of the Rawana dynasty in one certain period of time. The historic value of this Academy of Science is priceless. There is a reason for not identifying the real value of this place. And something about this reason also should be mentioned.

Most of the scholars in Lanka - laymen and the clergy - are fully influenced by the Hindu practices. They are just a group who has restricted the Buddhism only for their writings. Their history is something belongs to India. Because of that, finding out the history of a place like Vessagiriya is not something pleased by them, it is not their interest. They do not see any value in the letters, the creations, the constructions and the technology discovered from there. This is because their history is totally connected to India.

The recreations of King Ashoka are well protected with parapet walls, fences and gates. Are they acting in that manner to show their respect for Buddha? Their love, their degree of respect for Buddha is well visible by placing the Buddha at the “Ninth Place” by them. Even to this date it is the same. And that was how in the past as well. Professor A L Basham explains that even King Ashoka had showed a similar interest towards Buddha. But this Asoka who treated Buddha in that manner is given a first place, a noble place here in Lanka. The ones who act so are not worried over the significance of Vessagiriya or any such place.

They may not consider the greatness of the Sages lived in Vessagiriya. Still it’s a great relief if they at least know that there had been Sages in Lanka. Once, one ordinary Upasaka (3) mentioned that these people do not realize the abilities of these great Sages and admire them. According to him they do not have any noble characteristics of that nature in their lives as they are related to the Jatila (4)  families connected to the Indian history. Today I feel that there is a great hidden truth in that statement.  The right honorable, Prime Minister D.S. Senanayaka (5)  called Srimath Anagarika Dharmapala (6)  “a crazy man of religions”. Today I feel that Prime Minister D.S. Senanayaka addressed him so not for nothing and there is a deep reality hidden in that statement. The right honorable, Prime Minister D.S. Senanayaka showed his past memories of Maha Sammatha Dynasty to the world by building a great colony around Senanayaka Samudra.(7)

It is very rare to find people in Lanka who believe that Sages in Vessagiriya had travelled across the universe. Sometimes they can be found in America. The stone carving found in Ranmasu Uyana, The Star Gate, is a special technological methodology which contains information related to the universe. Because of the facts highlighted earlier, our people do not have any strength to protect and to conduct researches about it.

An explanation of the methodology adopted by those Sages to travel across the universe is explained in the following inscription.

The inscription of sage called Parumaka Maha Harumasa - Vessagiriya
This inscription was written by a Sage called “පරුමක මහ හරුමස - Parumaka Maha Harumasa”. The sign below is for an analysis for the universe.

The inscription of sage called Parumaka Maha Harumasa - Vessagiriya

The project has opened up 100,000 acres (40,000 hectares) of land to the cultivation of paddy, sugarcane, chilies, potatoes, and other crops throughout the eastern coast.”
